The project manager/director will lead major capital improvement projects on behalf of our clients.

Project Manager/Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee all phases of a building project;
concept→design→construction→occupancy of the facility.
• Oversee the permitting and entitlement phase to obtain necessary land
development approvals.
• Assist in the negotiation and management of all contracts among
parties on the project, and employing appropriate data-handling
procedures in the process.
• Develop, manage, monitor, and track projects’ budgets and schedules,
and keeping the project within scope.
• Manage the design process, including user meetings, making budget
recommendations when necessary.
• Review and recommend approval of all payments and change orders,
and remanding those in need of correction(s).
• Run project meetings on behalf of our clients, serving as the point-
person for the architect, engineers, construction manager, and other
stakeholders/consultants on the project.
• Lead the construction phase, acting as the owner, overseeing the
construction manager, architect, and other stakeholders/consultants.
• Lead the efforts associated with move in/occupancy of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction
Management, from an accredited institution
• Firm grasp of Lean methodology
• Minimum of 3-5 years of design and/or construction experience for
Project Manager
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience for Project Director
